Under the direction of founder Phillip Telfer, Media Talk 101 was started in December of 2005 with the goal of teaching media discernment to youth and families. Media Talk 101 provides biblical help for living in a media saturated society through live presentations, helpful resources, speaker training, and lots of intercessory prayer!
To communicate more effectively to this generation, Phillip Telfer is currently producing a documentary (directed by Colin Gunn of Gunn Productions) entitled, "Captivated" – "the search for freedom in a media captive culture."
